Race doesn't matter to me however..

there are some ladies that do not fill the same way and that is their choice.If you are uncomfortable or do not want to answer the question move on to a lady who does not require that.For some  race is a part of screening there might be certain races they are not comfortable with seeing.

If she is asking the question then that means the answer matters.  Not all women are comfortable seeing men of all races.

There have been several providers I know who have had bad experiences with African American men and I have as well. No other race is neccessarily safer, anyone can be harmful if that is their intent. There are several other reasons that providers have race restrictions that is only one...

For instance, I've seen a few ladies (local and visiting) in the Detroit area that are leery of accepting clients calling from the 313 area code, which comprises the city of Detroit and many areas in Wayne County (i.e. south of 8 Mile Road, made famous by the Eminem movie). In these cases, it has nothing to do with race, but more with personal experience: they've had lots of hassles and ripoff attempts from clients in that general area. So, they tend to avoid those clients, or they screen them very, Very, VERY thoroughly. Can't say as I blame them, if they've had rough experiences like that, though some guys will still claim it's a racial thing (Detroit's population is over 80% African-American)...

Some ladies use a standard form that asks for that info but they might not require it if they are OK with references, employment or other info. (References she contacts might tell her without her having to ask you outright.) If you don't include the info and they REALLY require it I guess they might reply with a request for more info or totally ignore you as an illiterate moron who can't read instructions.

I want to believe that sometimes they want to know your general appearance so they know who to expect at the door when they look through the peephole. However, for that, they really only need to ask, "What do you look like?", not your full genetic profile.

the reason why i ask for ethnicity for screening is because im a local and i was EXTREMELY social when i was younger.  and i would say that AT LEAST 90% of the people that i know are asian.  so if someone tells me that they are asian and close to my age then thats when i ask more detailed questions. ive actually ran into people that i know personally but they were considerably older than me...

so yea, the reason why i ask for someones race is not because i have like/dislike a particular race but its more for privacy reasons

As impposter alluded, I assume some providers are also looking for additional identity verification, perhaps reconciling your answer with something they found online about you.  For example, pictures of me are easy to find all over the internet, and I assume that any provider I contact will at least Google me and know what I look like before we meet.  So if I were to tell her I was a Guatemalan Lucha Libre wrestler, she would know I was lying (based on her research) and she could screen me out.

That is probably secondary, however, to the reasons given above, regarding simple, human intimacy preferences.

And, on another note, I guess I've outed myself, huh?  Now you all know I'm not a Guatemalan Lucha Libre wrestler... unless, of course, I'm really clever, and I just want you to THINK I'm not a Guatemalan Lucha Libre wrestler, when in fact I am!  Ha ha!  You will never know!...
