but I created this alias- and I want to change it, and cant remember how I created it in the first place- help?

... you need to ask TER Admin to remove it so you can create a new one. You can use "Contact Us" for that. You can change your alias only once every 90 days (minimum). To change it, go to My TER -> More -> My Alias.

Click on 'More'.  A drop down menu will appear.  Click on 'My Alias'.  Your alias will appear, this is where you created it.  I think you will have to contact admin to change it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
