More correctly speaking it is not more often than once every seven days....

In other words, you can not post an ad on Saturday and claim that covers the preceeding week, and then post again on Sunday and claim that is for the upcoming week.

More often if you are smart and creative in responding to posts on the board of the city you are visiting.

One other thing, posting in upper case is considered to be shouting.  Try not to do that here.
