is there a way to find her reviews without searching every single city one at a time? sort of a national 'find' button, or something like 'other' that includes 'everywhere'? I can't seem to make a 'search' without SOME city name in that space--any way to override it? help?

Go to the Provider Reviews section and click on the Search Reviews link in the left menu. This link brings you to the Provider Search Form. There are many ways to search...by name, by city, by phone number. You can search by name alone but, if it is a common name, you may get a long list of choices.

name, it will return a list of ladies with similar names in various cities.  Make sure you select NO in Exclude Bad Websites, as ladies' ad could be temporary unavailable due to expired/renewal gap.
