By what i have seen in my short time here the providers posting on the regionnal boards don't provide a link to their TER reviews. Is there an easy way to get that or do I have to continue to search reviews based on name and other details like hair color.

Any provider posting with her registered name will have the words "see my TER reviews" next to her name.  This is a link to her reviews.  If those words do not appear it means the lady is either posting with an alias or has no reviews linked to her profile.
