Is it a good idea to call a provider that you haven't seen in a while? I'm afraid that if I am just going by my own records and not using new ads that the provider may now be dealing with the LE. Should I just get rid of old numbers or is it worth it to see an "old friend"?

I like to circle back and revisit every once in awhile.  I usually look for a current ad to make sure her contact info (tel# or email) hasn't changed. Not sure why you think she would now be "dealing" with LE.  Just check her recent reviews, or pm the last reviewer.

working with LE. They tend to use new ads to attract men to bust, not wait for old customers to re-connect.

However, it may mean that she's out of the biz now. It still shouldn't hurt to try calling her.
