OK, stop messaging her... you sent a message

to see what happened, that's enough.  If you send too many messages, it appears you are stalking which is unbecoming...  even scary.  In your morning confirmation, you should have set the way to contact her on arrival.  Typically a call or text.  I like to offer my hobby phone number so she'll know it's me when I call on arrival.
While an arrival email is unusual, it's not unheard of in the world of mobile electronics.  I initially mis-read your post (typo).    "I arrived little early 5 min or so. I sent am email"  I gather that should read AN email.  5 minutes +/- is right on time, in my view...  watches vary the much.  I think I would have tried again (once) 4-5 minutes after the time, in case she was in the shower or something.  There is debate about remaining in the area in case she tries to call back...  but it is not settled about how long to remain...  as I explain below, I'd not sit in parking for very long.

Actually, because of the risk of traffic or other delays, I try to arrive several minutes early (15-20) but hanging around parking in conspicuous & the opposite of discrete...  likely to attract the attention of hotel security or patrolling LE.  Sitting in a car listening to music or reading the paper does not make it.  After being sure I'm in the right place, I withdraw to the corner coffee paying attention so I can return a minute or 2 before the appointed time.  I make the call either from coffee if it's close or the second I arrive before I get out of the car.

Ok so, i had a date set yesterday. We exchanged emails in the morning to confirm. I arrived a little early 5 min or so. I sent am email to confirm the time and basically never heard back. She provided the bldg number but not the door so i couldn't go straight thewaited in my car and never heard back.

So did i do something wrong? Break protocol? Was i supposed to get out of the car or something. What's the typical protocol?
Thx

from what you said above.  However, it's the usual protocol for her to give you the apt. number before you arrive at the location, assuming it's an apt. complex.  If you did something wrong. I have no idea what it could be.

Suggest you contact her.

She got a better offer to see someone else and didn't have the decency to even call you and come up with a phony emergency is one scenario; but there are others.

One gal contacted me a few days after a failed appointment to say that she was in a car wreck and was in the hospital. (It was legit judging by the big bruises on her the next time we met.  Her cell phone got crunched to so she couldn't find my phone number to call until she got home and got on her computer.

In between there are countless other things.  One gal called me several hours after the failed meeting to say she fell asleep and her ringer was shut off.

It's just part of this life we choose and you have to shrug off an occasional glitch like this and carry on.

Yeah, i hope she is ok. I wanted to  make sure i did nothing wrong.  I've sent a few emails trying to clairify to make sure i didn't mess up, but no response yet.  I'll just she if she ever emails back. Sucks cause she seems really special and really close to my work.. Plus im in that purgatory where i have no refs. I wonder if she saw someone that wasn't me and decided to back out.

at my hotel called to say she was in a fender bender. About 3 hours later she knocked on the door and we had a good time. This provider did a great job in keeping in contact periodically during the delay.

Here's my guess...a frequent problem escorts have is cancellations, some double book to make sure the hr gets filled.
You should have at least gotten a phone call w an excuse and an alternative time offer...but your not the 1st nor will you be the last guy that gets trashed by an escort...and in the interest of fairness ... the same thing happens to the girls.

number and ask for hers in return. When I arrive at the location, I usually call the provider for the room or apt. number although some have sent it to me via text or asked me to text them when I arrive.
