1.  Despite the envelope next to your name, your PM will not work unless you:  A:  Get a profile (Which happens when a review of you is published.) or you pay for VIP membership.

2.  As far as I know you can upload a photo, but do not run afoul of the rules for placing ads.  (Photos are considered a form of advertising, the last I checked.) (Read the Newbie Manual for more information on this subject.)

3.  Yes, as long as there is a TER logo there and it is not a competitor of TER's.

4.  You can only log onto the PO board when you have three published reviews and you request permission for same.

5.  No

6.  Through the website only.

7.  VIP is the same cost for all, except for the limited VIP you get from having a profile here when you get reviews.  That allows you access to the PM and the ability to see your own reviews.

8.  The best way is to get PM through VIP or having a profile and asking the person to PM you confirming some fact about themselves.

9.  The first review to get published establishes your profile.

10. You must file a problem report (See the button on your profile page.) in order to get any of the information changed on your profile.  This can be done by anyone with good cause to do so.

11. TER's staff reviews all submitted reviews and attempts to cull out fake reviews by any number of methods, though it is far from fool proof.  If you have some evidence that a certain review is false, file a problem report.

12. TER emphasizes that they want graphic details.  You can not change that.  You can ask to have all your reviews pulled down if you don't care to have these details made public.  I don't exactly know what you mean by a "continuance post", but I don't think you can get a "review-lite" if that's what you mean.

13. Rules for rating of websites should be covered in the Newbie Manual, but if it's not in there, then write to administration and ask them this question.  They are very good at getting back to people on issues.

14. Meet and Greets are very popular (I've been to a few myself.), and it is up to the organizers to decide how to screen for them.

15. No screening is required for a VIP membership.

16. All boards have a search function.  If you know which board it was, enter your name and set the time parameters to maximum and see what comes up.

17. Not long from what I've seen.  One to two days usually does it.

18. If done voluntarily, then yes.  Many providers run into situations where they have to lie low for a while (LE, stalkers, etc.)  On the other hand, if a provider is banned for something like self reviewing (the ultimate no-no) you won't be allowed back on for quite some time, if at all.

Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to take a nap.

Maybe not exactly 150 however I am having difficulty with the following:

1.  Someone contacted me through my website and indicated they sent me a pm but I never received
it, what happened here?

2.  Are newbies allowed to upload photos not attached to a URL on the regional boards? The only link I see is for adding URLs or photos with a URL.

3.  Can I link an ad location that is not affiliated with TER, backpage, cityvibe or EROS?

4.  I cannot log in the "providers only" area, is there a reason for this?

5.  Does TER provide any point system or discount for adding the logo or recommending and getting new clients or escorts to join?

6.  Are all TER correspondence via this website only, or is there a phone number with a real person to talk to?

7.  If a fee is required for providers on this website, does it vary from what hobbyist pay?

8.  Since I joined here someone contacted me via my website and noted they saw that I joined TER and they are a member here. How can I be sure this individual is valid for screening purposes.

9.  Is a provider's profile generated by reviews or is this something a provider can enter herself especially if (an individual other than the provider) generating the profile may have a distorted view of what the provider actually look like?

10.  How often are provider profiles updated with respect to age, change in hair color, etc?

11.  What happens if someone submit a review on a provider they never met, is there a way to prove to TER the meeting did not take place and will they remove the review?

12.  Does TER allow providers who do not like to be reviewed graphically a continuance post on discussion boards.
(I do allow reviews and do have some on another website not listed on TER, I am still trying to derive at a comfort level in TERs requirement of graphic details in order to get reviewed as well as keep my privacy by limiting some details)

13.  What does it take to get your website rated on TER and how does TER determine which sites to list first since they are not listed alphabetically? Incidently I've noticed several sites listed on TER that are no longer available.

14.  Are meet & greets generally a popularity type arena or does it take a TER veteran to be approved to participate and attend such?

15.  Does TER require verifiable information for new members paying for vip memberships as with preferred 411?

16.  Before I joined TER, (all of about 2 weeks ago) I did a search on google using my website name and notice in 2006 someone on TER posted a question asking if anyone had ever met me before? Is there a way to search TER to see if anyone responded to this especially if I did not allow any reviews back then or had never met anyone that was a member on TER.

17.  How long does it take TER to de-list a provider at her request for example, for privacy reasons?

18.  If a provider is de-listed due to her own request to TER, will TER re-list the provider upon her request? Somehow I am getting mix messages on providers being de-listed on TER and believe not all are de-listed for bad behavior.

Sorry about so many questions, and will continue to access the newbie manual, however any help here is appreciated in advance.

Anyone feel free to correct any errors below.

1. I believe you have to have VIP status to use PM's
2. not sure anyone can upload a pic w/o a URL
3. def not the puppy site, if you catch my drift, not sure about others
4.  you have to have at least 3 reviews before you can join the providers' corner
5. no, not to my knowledge
6. pretty sure you answered your own question, don't think you can phone anyone from TER
7. don't know what your fee is, for us it's either monthly ($20), quarterly ($50), or yearly ($180)
8. do a review search of his handle.  ask him for references from member providers as part of your screening
9. your profile is determined by the client that writes your first review.  you can change stuff later by submitting problem reports
10. see answer to #9, same way
11. again, that would be for the provider to notify TER that the review is a fake, and ask for it to be removed
12. reviews don't have to be really graphic.  read some of mine.  you can ask the reviewer to not use explicitly graphic language.
13. I believe your site would have to be rated by one of your clients.  don't really think many do that.  no one has ever asked me to rate their site.
14. M&G's are generally by invite.  If you want to attend, contact the host thru their advertised contact method and ask for an invite.  If you have no TER presence, you will be screened by the host in some fasion.  TER does not sponsor these parties, they are hosted by providers and hobbyists on their own.
15. no, only money
16. search for the handle of the poster from the reviews page
17. have no idea
18. I believe they will reinstate you if you asked to be delisted and then ask to be relisted.

Hope this helps.

TER is not enough for screening. Anyone could have a TER account and reviews, you need to check each guys references, job, background, etc.

If you read the newbies manual, linked at the top to this page, you'll find the answers to your questions.

Also try the search function.

your questions and more.  There is also a search feature where you can try to look up questions you have without having to post.  Good luck.

... I found it by using the "search messages" feature.  Many of your questions can be answered this way.
