I know when you ask too many questions on the other boards the Vets get upset! So I will ask my question here! When the word "new" appears next to a review, does that mean it's a new review? new provider? Or new Reviewer?
The word "New" in the main search, I know means new review!  However, the word "new" appearing once you click the view botton, what does that mean?
I asked this before, yes, but still not 100% clear!

When you're looking at a list of providers, "NEW" means new provider.

When you're looking at a list of reviews, "NEW" means new review.

The "NEW" label never refers to someone being a new reviewer.

Now let's take a look at your example.  I hope this doesn't confuse you, but I think you were mistaken.

You perform a search.  This results in a list of providers.  "NEW" here means a new provider (not new review as you stated).  These are sorted by date modified, so all providers at the top of the list will have new reviews.  Next, you click on "VIEW" which takes you to a provider's profile and her list of reviews.  "NEW" here means it's a new review.

I hope this helps.  If you're still confused, feel free to ask again.  We'll try to be more clear.
