Okay one more how do I exactly post the banner to TER on my website  
It shows a link to copy and paste but where exactly do I put that on my website I tried to add it to the homepage but the banner didn't pop up just the link

Hopefully, one or more of our computer savvy members will offer some explanation for you.  I do not know how websites work.  You might ask a provider in your area that has a website, maybe she could help you.

Anytime you want to find the Self-Help Center go to the site map at the bottom of any page. Click on it then look under Info & Policy. The Self-Help Center link is there.  There are other ways to access the Self-Help Center. I'm sure you'll figure them out as you go along.
