Brothers..for booking my appointment, should I SEPND A MONEY EVEN BEFORE MEETING THE GIRL AND EVEN THOUGH MY PRIVATE INFORMATION WOULD BE REVEALED ??

I've not experienced that type of screening and it seems like a scam...from my limited experience, screening was done via phone check or another provider reference check- not costing any money. I would be wary of this...
Neither legitimate indies or agencies charge any sort of fee for screening. Avoid any site that tries to charge you or asks for credit card info. Legitimate screening consists of you providing personal and/or employment information for the purpose of the provider or agency being able to verify your identity.
This is a scam. It sounds like a variation on bait and switch. The internet is full of this sort of thing. Good providers give clear verification instructions on their sites.
Yes...you are right..I regietered that site (www.webcam.com) for my verification and I left my preferred name (not my real name), verified number and my cell number.....I waited and waited

Assuming the possibility that she is a legit provider, this scheme does provide some level or screening value - by registering with webcams, she knows that you have given processor enough correct information, including your real name, in order for them to process the charge. At least she knows that there is a the paper trail of a real person behind that new id.
As for LE? They don't have to work that hard to find people to arrest.
So, how do we know that it's not a scam? I just had the same wording on a site I was looking at. Wants you to register with web cams. Even with a prepaid card you still have to give your SS number.
The one I looked at, I am almost sure is a scam, since I can't find anything about her. And she will not give me reviews or references. She said "it's not her job to prove anything to me". Now, I'm no customer service guy, but if she is trying to sell something wouldn't you try a little harder?
