The hobbyist that did her one review has a significant review history. The Affluent Concierge site also diplays a TER label on some of the photos. It is possible for hot young women to need a good cash flow and realize that they can get it by providing. There are many beautiful wannabe models around, only a small fraction will ever make a living at it.
She appears to work in LA, try posting your question on that regional board and see what answers you get. The site has hot looking photos posted, if it is less than kosher some hobbyist on the LA board would have run afoul of the agency and will want to post the dirt. The ability to post questions and minimize great uncertainty is wonderful.

If she is real, go for it crawling as fast as you can on your hands and knees.
