Hello, everyone.
I'm sort of a "born again newbie."

A few years ago I knew some providers in a different state when I was living there. Now that I've returned to where I grew up I'm starting up again, with no real references. Feels strange, but the tips on these boards have been very helpful.

Looking forward to good times.

Clyde

I suggest to read the Self-Help Center and if you don't have VIP get it. Remember it is important for us hobbyist to screen as well. Welcome to the TER boards.

The newbie forum is really valuable, with a lot of dedicated guys who are generous with their info and experience.  So, yes, read the newbie guide but also scroll back through this forum for as many pages as possible.  Most of the questions you could possibly ask are already answered here.  Some of the old hands do get a bit miffed when newbies ask questions they've already answered and could easily be found with a little effort.  Welcome aboard!

Thanks for the welcome!
There's no doubt... the further back I scan, the more info there is to fill in the blanks. Perfect for someone like myself getting familiar with the do's and don’t’s.

Thanks, Scoed.
I've been combing through the "newbie handbook" as well as other info in the Self Help Center. Definitely invaluable stuff.

Thanks.
