But herpes is really the only one that will disrupt a provider's working life, IMMEDIATELY. You would hope that HIV would as well, but she may not know that she is infected until much later, if she is not regularly tested.

And you are right that herpes is far from the most serious consequence - but that kind of person is the type who thinks it won't happen to them. Or is desperate. And some are just completely ignorant.

So when you set up an appointment with a pornstar can you do bb or is everything covered?

Never been with a Porn star, but I don't imagine you would getting BBFS from any reputable provider, porn stars included.  Actors are tested on a regular basis, which provides them with the security needed to perform without condoms.  A provider is not going to take that kind of risk, nor should she.

PSE is a level of service that I have come to understand as making you feel AS IF you were in a porno. BBBJ, facials, CIM, throat fucking, likely Greek. It's more the atmosphere of "Come over here and fuck me senseless" than GFE which tends to be more intimate, like with your girlfriend that you make love to.

there are a lot of reputable (read: highly reviewed) providers who provide bbfs, and the reason is that it's profitable for them. Think about it - so she gets herpes, what happens? She can't work when she has outbreaks, but otherwise, she can go on as if nothing happened. Trust me, the profits from bbfs vastly outweigh the money lost from time off (a week here and there, and she can take suppressive treatments to reduce the time even further). And clients who find out really can't tell anybody without being called a rumor-mongerer and stalker.

I agree with you that PSE is NOT to be interpreted as bbfs. I think that your definition is what most girls mean when they advertise PSE services. I used to advertise PSE, by which I meant greek and raunchiness. It was often mis-interpreted and caused a lot of trouble for me. I eventually made my language much more specific, about 'island tours' and such.

You can get more than just herpes, my friend.

i have never been with a porn star that offered BBFS..you are not a co-star..just a client..they will never risk jeopardizing a lucrative career for a one hour tryst..it is the very reason some high end porn stars [ Lisa Ann.i.e } will never consider escorting..they simply will not do it under any circumstances..

The Industry has had hard times and the economy has increased the influx of girls who want the money.
Plus those without education who don't know better.
According to one of the larger pornstar agents newer stars who once made $100,000/yr now may make $50,000/yr. That makes picking up the extra money very tempting $50K after tax in LA is nothing. Lots of distance to cover, high gas prices, high rent prices, high party and clothes prices, high prices of things put in needles.

Oh has everybody forgoten about the spread of HIV by needle and when your under the influence or short on money your not using it once nor by one person always.  That goes for everybody not just porn stars.
