If you know you don't have anything and the agency does constant screening of their employees, then the choice is really up to you. Do you want to risk getting a STD through oral sex or not? If you can't bring anything home then I would recommend caution and no bbbj.

Even still, the likelihood of you getting a STD through oral sex is remote, but still possible. There are many factors that go into getting an STD in the first place. And the biggest one is the STD being present in either party. If you know they get tested and have no STDs, I would recommend that you get tested yourself if you haven't already. Second thing you would have to consider is how the STD is transmitted beyond the obvious intercourse part. You or she would have to have a cut or sore either in the mouth or your manhood plus having an STD for the virus to spread. If she's good with her hygiene and you don't have any cuts or sores you should be good.

Remember that thee are over 10 types of STDs that go undetected for several months before they show up on a STD test. Sometimes it takes the body that long to make the antibodies for the virus which is how they know you have that particular STD. Herpes is a very common orally transmitted disease.

But in the end, it is your choice and ultimately your gamble. So however you chose, remember that you don't want to bring anything home, so chose wisely.

Don't want to scare you dude, but remember that a condom only covers the tip and shaft of your penis.  You may still be very vulnerable to herpes, genital warts, crabs, etc...

I got chlamydia. Luckily I test monthly and caught it early and it is easily teated with antibiotics. The risk from a BBBJ is less they BBFS but is not safe. In fact condoms are not 100% effective in stopping the spread of anything. There is no such thing as safe sex just safer sex. You must decide how much risk you want to take.

I'm not saying don't practice safe sex. I'm saying that only abstinence is 100% safe.
