I am a first timer.  I looked up a girl, called, and she gave me a price for a "service fee".  She came over, I gave her the fee, and then she wouldn't do anything, claiming she worked for tips, and I needed to get more money.  Is this how it's done?

Obviously this is how SHE did business.  This is the old 'upsell' that many ladies use, citing that the stated up-front fee is just the fee for them to show up.  Any extras cost extra.  Sadly, many providers do business this way.
