First off, this is a national board so you should be more specific when asking questions about providers.  Where is this provider based or where does the provide service?  Secondly, you were warned correctly to stay away from providers with no reviews and yes this applies to agency girls too.  Independent outcalls are fairly safe if you're dealing with a well-respected, well-reviewed providers.  Yes, LE can & will come to your house, so scheduling with a well-reviewed provider makes ALL the more sense!
