I just came across a gentleman who is using this lady as a reference.  Sadly I can't use her.  Not only is she new in the industry, she has no personal website (you can get a free one know adays) and she doesn't screen.

I spoke to this lady this am and I was floored to find out that her screening entailed getting some information, meeting him at a local bar, then bringing him back to her house.  This is NOT screening.

I feel soo bad for this lady that she is setting herself up for trouble, especially with all the stings going on nowadays.  

I just wish I had the time to mentor her and I don't. I may make time though cause she is hot.

Please guys pay attention to the screening. Do not just jump it is sooo risky for you!!!
