Does TER ever clean house?

As I go through reviews, I see some ladies in the Top 100 that haven't been active for a while, and when searching for providers I often come across ladies whose last review was 2006 or prior.  At what point does TER clean out the cobwebs?

And if you are a provider and you retire, are you stuck with a profile for the rest of your life, or can you get that taken down.  That's got to be a major bummer for recent retirees

Unless they have a reason to remove a provider, I don't think they bother.  They really have enough to keep up with. i.e., approving reviews, reading posts from moderated members, etc, to keep the staff busy.  Many providers, at some point in their career, may request no more reviews, hence they stop.

When a provider retires, she can request to have her profile delisted, which removes her reviews.  But, she has to do that herself.  When that happens, if you search for a delisted provider, you will get a message saying that her information or profile is no longer available.
