I was taught if you dont have anything nice to say , say nothing
I had an experience a few days ago with a provider and it was horrible and I really felt bad for the girl
High on drugs, very bad hygiene and you know what I mean, I had to cancel appt but I did pay for her the full freight for her time.
What should I do ? Move on and dont right a review ?
I thought of just writing a review that wasn't mean, to warn others.
What do you think ?

if your concerned about repurcussions, you have 90 days to submit the review, so you might wait awhile. Also you can submit the review using your alias if you have one. You were also very generous in paying her the "full frieght" many hobbyists would not have been so generous. A small % of the donation would have sufficed. BTW, did she have any reviews that indicated a possible problem? and don't worry about the "anything nice to say, say nothing" write the review, don't be mean as you say. This site was started because the founder was tired of getting ripped off and having a bad time.
TER won't let you mention drugs in a review. If you do, the review won't be approved. You can say something like "she was acting strangely during the session," but you can't say "she was high on drugs."

By paying her the "full freight" you are condoning her behavior so some other guy will get to have a similar experience to yours. Just sayin. Maybe you should have walked and given her nothing. How else will these type providers learn?
A "session" doesn't have to take place, but a "meeting" does. This has been brought up many times here. I have even posted examples of reviews where no session took place. You can not write a review of a ncns because no meeting took place, but you can write a review if you met the lady but didn't proceed with the session, (i.e. you left, or she left) as in a case of a bait and switch, cash and dash, rob, or the situation this OP is talking about. (but he can't mention drugs in the review, as I said above)
Below is a link to a B&S review where the guy left. Obviously this is not the same issue as the OP, but it shows that a review can be written when a "meeting" but no "session" took place. There are many others in the database.

which in the case of a B&S where the guy stayed a review can be written. And the same applies to a guy being robbed.
If no donation was given , then no review can be written. If a guy comes in and for whatever reason he decides to leave with his donation, a review is not supposed to be written. That's not to say some slip thru now.

No donation, no services is supposed to mean no review.
Just because 2 people meet briefly and one decides it's not going to happen, well not going to happen means it didn't happen thus no review SHOULD be written.
Many ladies have been successful at getting these types of review removed.

and I think you did. If you did not meet, how did you pay her? If you must write a bad review, hold off a few days to weeks & don't reveal anything that she could use against you. Be honest, be fair...
