When you ignore someone:
-No pms from him or her
-You don't see his or her posts
-He or she will not see your posts (I think).

I can recall one example of a provider making a photo theme thread and an ignored provider was unable to see the thread unless she was logged out.

Would be nice if it works both ways when you use the feature. Thats how it is on Facebook. It makes people you don't like just *poof* go away. Life is all happy and roses again then

It will just say "users post is ignored"

Blocked user will still be able to see your posts, but you won't see theirs
