Someone has done at least a marginal verification that you are who you claim to be (both you and the ladies). Try a year on P411 and the decide to keep them both like I did.

My work phone numbers could not be verified so I had to go through the documentation route (sending copies of paystub, driver's license, and cell phone bill) - so I think it would be harder for LE to obtain from another country..
