Tonight a provider stood me up.......for the 2nd time!  The first time she eventually called and apologized so I gave her a 2nd chance.  So will ter accept a review about that?  It seems valid to warn other hobbyists that this provider may not be reliable, but seeing as how I can't comment on her looks or performance I don't know if it will get published.

The best you can do is post about it on your local board.

One word of advice however. If she is a known and well reviewed provider it could come down to a he said/she said type of situation. If she has a fan club, her white knights may come out of the woodwork to shout you down. As an unknown poster her word could carry more weight than yours.

I am not trying to discourage you from alerting your community, personally I hate NCNS, it is the ultimate in disrespect, but I feel obligated to advise you on the potential consequences of doing so.

But there was an interesting post on the Atlanta regional board about an NCNS provider... Perhaps you might think about informing your local board like this..

I had already forgotten about that post, and I was the one who suggested it be a template for NCNS incidents in the future.

That kind of approach will certainly keep the white knights at bay.

I really like this way of handling it.  Indeed, if a lady did not make my appointment, I would be concerned for her welfare.

Actually, I have no interest in hurting her reputation or even warning my fellow hobbyists.  I'm not angry.  I'm disappointed.  I thought if I mentioned it in a public forum, she might want to make it up to me, or at least give me some explanation.  I'd still like to see her if I can manage that.  (But dare I risk being stood up a third time.....sounds a little crazy.)

That example post is more in line with my true feelings.

Thanks for the advice!

There is no NCNS part to TER, however one reviewer did post that a provider NCNS on him twice, except he had seen her a few times prior though. Check the link below

If you aren't on the Rev board, best you can do is post on your regional board.

Sorry it happened to you, but it is a sad fact of this hobby, shit happens.
