Ladies with 5 or more reviews will always have stars and ratings displayed.
Ladies with less than 5 reviews fall into 2 categories.
N/A and no Stars. The latest review is new (since averages were last calculated) Even if she has other reviews, her average doesn't display on the first day the review is posted. (I know I didn't make that very clear)
Stars and Average displayed. The averages have been calculated since the review was approved. The latest review is probably over 24 hours old.
I think the averages get calculated every 24 hours. Sometime between midnight and 6AM EDT. Wait 24 hours and she'll have stars and a numeric rating.
