So I contacted a provider who has very few reviews and responded with a very detailed email discussing her prices in the email.  Makes me uncomfortable and was wondering if maybe this is not legal.  I am a relative newbie and typically only see girls who have a ton of reviews, just makes it safer IMO.  AM I being paranoid?  Never had a provider explain her pricing structure in an email is all.  She even included pictures in her email.

Some don't discuss any pricing in email and communication and some make a brief mention of the rates. As long as explicit acts aren't mentioned I think you will be fine.

Given that you are a newcomer to the hobby, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

So if you did the right things  find a well reviewed provider who is on p411 and has a Web presence. During email exchange rate is brought up perhaps because travel is required to get to the requested location.. this would be a red flag?  Real question  

It is the linking of money to any kind of illegal activity that is the real issue.

It was not only travel cost.  I get that.  Just mentions or threesomes and foursomes and even an offer if her rates were to high for me that I could make her an offer!  Just strange to me.  My problem is she appears to be smokin hot and I can be a moron when it comes to smokin hot, know what I mean??

Just post her TER account profile and we'll take a look. We can't offer much except vague general tips if you don't.

That is gold and thank you for that sage advice!!!  I get asking about donations.  The term donation could mean a lot of things, right?  I was more concerned about the explanation I was getting.  I do not want to post her TER account because I would feel like I am outing her and what if I am wrong and she is perfectly fine.  Not trying to destroy her reputation, just trying to protect myself.

The term "donation" isn't ambiguous, it's a euphemism for payment. I ask the provider how much she's charging me to fuck her, to make sure I meet her with the exact amount. I just use the term donation because it's polite and it's the universal term for the transaction, I usually phrase it as, "I want to confirm, your donation is _____ for the hour?"

is not listed on her website or in her ad. For example, if she lists a 1 hr. rate and a 4 hr. dinner/date rate and you want to enjoy a 2-hr. time with her, then you can ask her for the amount needed.

Yep - I had to ask a Provider about that very recently.
