TER is TER. P411 is P411.  Other than the fact that both sites are related to escorts and the men who pay them there is no connection.

You can Google p411 and find a link to the site.  TER won't allow one to be posted here since the site is competition.

it's a reference site that many providers and hobbyists  use, it is a separate biz from TER. There are other sites like date check and RS2000 as well.

One, be recommended by a provider who is a member.  Two, call their toll free number, talk to Gina, the owner, and have her verify you if you don't have references.  You will prob have to give up some personal info, but that's better than giving your info to several providers.  P411's servers are in Canada I believe and thus more safer from US LE.
