In terms of what? Do you mean for weather? or in terms of best places to hobby? Do you mean in the States? North America? Globally? Explain please...

I don't like the cold myself, so I imagine anyplace in Florida (Orlando, Miami) would be good. Las Vegas is dirt cheap this time of year, I usually vacation there at this point but with the new job, not this year. North Carolina is chilled. The weather is not cold, but a little chilly. I would recommend either Charlotte or Wilmington. Los Angelos, San Diego & Hawaii are going to be nice destinations as well... it's hard to answer your question without a specific idea as to what you are looking for. But I hope this is a good start.
