Is that I generally don't do business with them. There are various reasons for this. Perhaps chief among them are security concerns. First off, I believe they make a much more enticing target for legal actions and secondly they will be holding your personal info. How much info will vary from agency to agency but you can bet that once you use them they hold info on you. There are other reasons as well and I realize it's just my opinion but there you have it, for what it's worth to you.
  BTW...I don't know anything about azoutcall per se.

hard arse.  In this climate, you want to be very careful who you trust...  and you need to keep control.  
Before anything, have you read the self help section (link by the life saver) and back on this board especially.  Even though much is from the client point of view...  each client has to interact with the provider.  And it's FREE!   The more you learn the safer you will be.  
Keep your Provider life separate from your personal life.
Separate phone, separate email...  some provders even make up a fictional "personna" to go with their stage name...  
It's nice to be "friendly" with your clients but always think of your security first...  don't tell too much in chit-chat.
