infer that a girl who does X must also do everything "below" it. FS simply means intercourse. It's not like at a service station where along with changing your oil they check your tires and top off your fluids, etc. That said, I think you'd find that most FS escorts would be cool with Russian.

It's never appropriate to ask about sex of any kind over the phone. Only after the session is underway.

A world of it's own

It can be part of any kind of play, however, if it finishes with a pearl necklace then it probably was a finishing act all it's own. It doesn't necessarily have to part of the fs or gfe package if that's not what you are looking for.  Look for flat rate providers where you aren't locked into just one activity.
