i set up a meeting with a well-known provider. She has over 5 pages of reviews.
Recently, she posted that she wanted to go under radar so her website will be down in a bit.

So, i finally sent out an email. Interestingly, she asked me to "confirm" her rate before giving me an address.
Being a noob like i am, not only i confirmed it but i also reply asking about some specific service.

She replied politely that recently she got into trouble talking about service in email so she could not talk about it.

So, now i have this date and i am concerned if this is an entrapment. I remember no provider talk about $$ up front, especially in the email.

I was even thinking of paying with credit card .. should i just cancel it? or if i go to my date, how do i know if it's not LE?

I would post this on Newbies board but it is currently down

Thanks in advance for suggestions

With regard to the OP's situation...

1.  Never discuss rates in an email, and ESPECIALLY if she asks you to confirm the rate.  That is a huge res flag.

2.  Never use a credit card unless you like leaving a nice paper trail.

You are lucky that she didn't cut off all contact with you when you broached the subject of sexual activities.

Go ahead and do the appointment, but don't use a credit card.  That's not a good idea for many reasons.
