The problem is the provider's agency is requesting verification with two references. How do you get two references if you are new to the game? Thanks

Once you see more and more providers you can ask her politely if they would be kind enough to give you "nods"/"approvals" on either of the sites.. TER also has whitelist feature that you can use in addition to P411/Date-Check.
