There needs to be a review system for people you weren't able to meet

I don't know why, but I've been having a lot of bad luck so far as a newbie to this.

The first provider I contacted, I texted her (her ad requested texts) and she didn't respond for a week, more on that later though.

I called a second provider, and she failed pick up the phone and never called back. Then I tried a third provider, who said in her ad that I should text her so when I texted her, she responded the first time and told me that she "plays it by ear", and to text her on the day that I can see her. So, I wasn't able to that day so I texted her another day and said I could see her but she hasn't responded since.

The first provider finally responded last Wednesday and said I could schedule an appointment. I was having bad luck with other providers so I scheduled an incall that was supposed to happen yesterday. When I actually did arrive at the place she told me to go though, it was in a bit of a bad area and the person who came out of the house seemed really confused as to what I was doing there and told me to leave because I was parked on a private road (I didn't tell her the real reason why I was there, I just said I was supposed to meet someone here).

The girl who came out of the house looked nothing like the provider's photos. There was also another man there, but he was picking up one of the dogs in the backyard so I doubt he could be a client. In addition to these two, a woman who I didn't get a very good look at pulled into the driveway while I was parked on the road. All in all, there were three cars in the driveway. If I was seeing an actual provider, I wouldn't expect there to be so many people there.

There was a house that was just beyond the one I went to, I didn't think it was the right one though because the address on the mailbox was different than the one provided. I tried to call her phone shortly after I left the property but she didn't respond, nor has she responded to my text later explaining what happened. Even if she did respond, at this point I think she's too flaky and unreliable to set up another appointment. I'm certainly not going back there again and if I were to book a hotel room, I'm not sure if I trust her to show up.

All three of them's major fault was that I haven't been able to actually see them. On the reviews though, it wants you to put in a lot of specific details that require you to actually see the person in order to answer. I don't have all the information desired though because I didn't actually see any of these three due to their bad communication skills.

That's a fundamental here and it's not about to change, but you are certainly welcome to post your request to have such a catagory as a suggestion on the Suggestion and Policy Board.

My first question is she a provider who is reviewed on TER?  If she is and you experience a NCNS (no call no show) while you can't write a review, you can alert others about this by posting a warning on your regional discussion board.  Be prepared to take heat if she has any White Knights (WKs), guys who attack you on the board for posting your warning.  If you feel strongly about warning others then go ahead. If you have VIP you can tell others to PM for the name of the provider, but then some will want to post the name publicly because they don't have VIP.  It's a catch 22. If you are new, I wouldn't start out your posting experience with a NCNS post.  Others may feel differently about this.

If the providers you are talking about are not TER reviewed, then I wouldn't bother trying to post about it at all and instead I suggest you get VIP and search TER for providers in your area that have several good reviews written by seasoned reviewers (guys who have written several reviews).  Once you get a few women on your list to see, you can look at each Provider's web site, which if she has one, will be linked on her TER profile and her site will usually say if she is newbie friendly.  Also on her TER profile will be a link if she has an ad on P411 (a verification service) and her willingness to see a newbie will also be listed there.   You also can join a verification service such as P411 or Date Check and you will find the providers ads there will say whether they are newbie friendly and will have a link to their TER reviews.

Good Luck, keep trying.  It takes some research to get started but if you use the tools that TER has to offer, you'll break the ice and have fun doing it.

OK, you are a newbie, & this is the place to learn.
What reseach did you do before contacting these providers?   Where did you see the ad?   Did you check on TER?  Did you do an image search?  (Google imagesd or tineye?)

TER's main reason for existing is REVIEWS.  Yes, you'll need VIP to read the complete review.  It is commonly recommended that newbies stick to well reviewed providers...  providers with 6-12 reviews & at least some by experienced reviewers (6-12 reviews themselves).   Single reviews by a new reviewer are most suspect...  just so you know.

Image seaches...  if you find the images from porn sites, bikini magazines orescort ads over a wide area...  and with different phone numbers...  they are lifted of the internet & not the provider.

The address:  Most providers use the "2 call system".  You call again when you arrive at the "callpoint".  She gives you instructions for the final approach.  It might be the parking lot of a hotel.  Less commonly a private residence.  It might be a cross roads, a store lot, or some other common place.  This is done so they know you are alone & they are not giving their address to some unknown person over the phone.
In one case, I had a gal give me directions which led me around the block & back where I started heading the other direction...  she was watching from the window.  I another, I could not find the address...  the number given was between the 2 house numbers on the odd side of the street.  She emerged from the house opposite on the even side.  In yet another, I called from the opposite end of the parking lot & she said "I can't see you"...  which she did as I drove to the correct door.
You should be prepared to make a second call as soon as you arrive.

There is a self help section (like by the red & white life preserver at the top of this forum).  You should read it a couple of times.  It FREE

Hey Sky

I'm pretty much a noob to all this myself, saw my first provider of any type in December and now I've seen 7-8. Was in the newbie forum looking for advice myself when I saw this discussion and thought I would add to it with some things I had to learn along the way.

The advice here from Harborview and Johnny is really solid. I have been doing  just about all they have said and will probably start doing the other things and you should follow it too.  I would add a few other things, all of which I know those two know but probably didn't say because it's just seems too obvious.

My biggest advice would be to be patient and pay attention, and at least until you have your feet under you and can read the vip reviews, stick with providers with lots of good reviews here, as someone else said. I don't know what, besides TER, you use to find providers, but read ads. Lots of them! Don't just call the first girl whose pics make you horny. Personally, I spent untold hours over many days reading BP adds and cross checking with TER before I ever contacted a provider. You read BP enough and you start to get an idea for what the red flags are. How often does she post and what time of day? Does she change her age and location like she changes underwear? Is there a whole sentence in the add that just makes no sense and the rest of it filled with ludicrous typos? You do enough reading and you'll start looking at certain providers and asking yourself: if she doesn't take herself seriously, why should I?

Whatever sense you get of her from the add, check her out here and elsewhere. I don't know if you're VIP or not, but even if not, you can learn a good bit if you spend the time. God knows how many profiles I looked at as a basic member. The service as promised, on time and real pics questions can be answered and you can look at the general details section. Really, the best you can hope to learn there is whether the reviewer would repeat, but if a couple seasoned reviewers say they would go back, that's a good sign. If hardly anyone says they would, big red flag. If you think you really like a girl but she just doesn't have enough reviews to make you comfortable or her general reviews seem mixed, put her on a list to check out once you have vip. She may get more reviews in the meantime anyways.

I really feel this place is the best place for info and I wouldn't call anybody without looking here, but there are other sources, especially if you're a basic member right now. You are on the right track to look in the ad for things like her preferred method of contact. If you see any providers with a website, read it thoroughly. A lot of BP ads say little or nothing about details such as preferred contact, hours of availability, general area of town or even a name, but then all that is on her website. Don't start off on the wrong foot by asking questions she already answered on her website.  Also, obviously, just the fact she has an intelligent, well written and maintained website is a good sign, but go deeper. Paste the address into google and check out the Whois report. How long has she had the domain? How many times has it been modified or moved around? Is it expired?

Just google the phone numbers. You'll find other review sites. This gets tricky because most of it will be click bait. Sites that copy-pasted her ad and the TER general details to get you to go there so they can throw ads for porn at you.  Still, if you watch for details you can learn. You should at least get an idea for how long she's been advertising. If it seems like the first time she posted anywhere was last week and you can't find her on here, I would stay away for a while, especially being a noob as I won't necessarily recognize red flags upon arrival. A lot of times you find old ads, look at the pics and try to decide if it's the same girl. Or, if she's used the same pics for two years, that might not be good. Doesn't prove she's a bad provider, but it may not be good.  A couple providers have told me the absolute longest they would use the same pics is six months. One, whom I saw in early January, said something about really needing to get new pics taken because the ones in her ad were getting old. They were from November. Don't get me wrong, a lot of very good providers may keep the same pics on their ads for a long time. It's not that old pics are a bad sign and you should move on, just that occasionally bringing in fresh pics, if they're of the same lady of course, is a good sign. As Harborview said, reverse image search is also a powerful tool here.

On the other hand, maybe you find a bunch of different women associated with one phone number. Maybe it's an agency. Not a bad thing in and of itself, but if the ad said she was independent, I see it as a bad thing. Or, maybe you'll end up making the second call and get turn by turn directions to a MP.  You need to know whether you're okay with that. Personally, I don't think I could unwind in that setting and in my town it's where the LE attention has been anyway.

You can start with providers that offer FBSM. I could be wrong, but I feel like there's a lower chance of bumping into LE that way. I think the providers feel the same way, because they seem to require less in terms of references, generally speaking. If you go to a lady who advertises "full body rub" or "sensual massage", if you check her out on here first you're going to have a great time and leave happy. Keep in mind that a lot of them will offer a lot more, up to full service, once they know you on return visits, maybe first visit if they get a good vibe from you. Once you have a handful of intelligent, fair reviews written, if there is a provider you feel totally comfortable with based on her reviews but she wants references of some kind from you, you can give her your handle. She'll pm you here to make sure. Won't be enough for every provider but it has worked for me.

Given your experience with the crowded driveway in a bad part of town, I agree with Keystone. Maybe try to adjust your price range up a bit, at least for now. If the girl and the price seem too good to be true, they're not.  If you have to save up a bit, so be it. Quality beats quantity and quality ain't usually cheap.

Well, I hope at least some of this has been helpful, I know it was probably too long winded. If it all seemed painfully obvious, don't be insulted, I was just thinking who knows who might stumble across this later.

Saw a cheap priced one on 411 and the picture looked good.     The review told the place was dirty and a roach crawled across the bed.   Run for the hills.

the difficulties you encountered.  Tell the stories w/o using names.  That's what I did when I got NC/NS'd.  Tell the guys they can PM you for the names of the gals who stiffed you.  That lets you avoid the shitstorm that might occur from the providers and/or their whiteknight defenders.  Guys who are interested will contact you.
