I would like to know how to go about finding out if a guy from craigslist is real and not playing tag (your it).

Recently, I have blocked out time for dates only to have no shows and guys call at the last minute saying they can't show.  Is there a way I can get a 50% refundable discount ensuring me that the client is for real about keeping our date?

I've wasted precious time and energy doing these CL posts. How can I become more of a courtesan and get those types of rates?

I didn't know that girls could list on craigslist. Here in Colorado people list on the other board or have their own web site. You might think about working for a good agency to learn the ropes and then branch out on your own.

EROS and Cityvibe are good sites to take out ads on.  You are more likely to get calls from guys that will not waste your time.
    As far as getting better rates, nature has a lot to do with it, but your performance will be the biggest determinant of what rates you will be able to charge.  There are many extrodinarily beautiful women in the business who give lukewarm or bad performances.  A super attractive provider that maintains her looks and gives consistently high level service can charge higher rates, as long as she is cautious and does not price herself out of the volume of business that she is aiming for.

the wrong line of work.  You're the same gal that said all your  clients smelled bad and didn't want to pay you. You ended up driving home on numerous occasions with NO CASH. You had a "mentor or teacher" in the business that also got ripped off by smelly guys. I don't know where you live, but I find this sad and naive. If you are hellbent on staying in the business, FORGET Craig's list!!!!!!!!  Get good pics taken for preferably Eros Guide and nest choice would be Cityvibe. You MUST get REFERENCES before you drive to some strangers place and end up emptyhanded or WORSE. I'd look for another profession, but if you must good luck.
