Can't speak for everyone, but I lead a very busy life and then to take the time to write an accurate review does take time. The TER doesn't make it a easy task as you almost have to fill in so many items which in a lot of cases means going back/forth from different places to pull this info. Then you have to write a very small story about the provider. Heck, I've taken almost as long to write a review as the time I spend with the lady I was writing about!!..lol
So sometimes it's just not in my time frame to do it.
Now if a provider politely asks me to write a review and tells me she will verify me on datecheck or white list me then I will do it on a quicker basis.
One other reason is sometimes I know I am gonna see the lady for a second meeting. Then I wait until after that one to mention it in the review.

At the end of your date, you might mention that you don't have any reviews yet, and you'd love it if he would write one for you. You can also run a spedial for TER members, and post it on your local board. Just remember that there are no trades or bartering for reviews. You can get banned for that.
Respond to posts here and on the newbies board, as well as your local board, so the guys will get to know who and where you are. Be patient, and the reviews will come.
I'm fairly new and I go through the same thing. I have had a few guys take time out of their busy schedules and write a reviews only to e-mail me in annoyance that TER did not post it.
Perhaps because they are new and not established members or not graphic enough. I'm not sure, I just apologize and tell them thank you. They end up writing the review for other sites.
But no worries, TER has good reason for restrictions. Give it time and as the other poster mentioned perhaps you can offer specials for TER members or just give it time and it will all work out.
I don't ask for reviews, if a gentleman ask me if I want one I of course say yes. But some guys are just really busy or don't even write reviews. Heck some gentlemen tell me they never heard of TER or they no longer participate as a member on TER.
In addition to what others have said, I think your first review will have to be by someone who writes reviews. Many members here don't write reviews, but their first one cannot be of a lady with no reviews.
