No rate posted anywhere, safest way to get it?

I am really wanting to see a local provider, she has no rates listed on the ad nor her website. She does offer many different services- ie fetish. I had emailed giving her brief info of myself. I talked to her by phone couple days later, which was on the awckward side since I am new. She never returned the call after she said she'd call back, but did reply to the email the next day apologizing and said to call her.

She has 4 excellent reviews here...3 from the past few months, 1 from a couple years ago. It does list a rate...should I assume and go by that? Can I safely state what I am looking for (being vague enough) by phone? Do I just let her handle it at the outcall location?I do not wish to scare her off, any opinions would be welcome.

Safety

A) You are only safe if you never go. Period. But you can minimize your risk.

B) There are a few providers who do not list their rates for whatever reason. Doctors dont list their either, so I wouldn't be too turned off by it.

C) If you say you saw her TER profile and ask if the reported rate is accurate, you should be okay. Maybe she's just squeemish about talking money?

D) Are you sure you want to see this girl?

E) Look for what you want on her profile page, if its listed, you can assume she's willing to be talked into whatever it was that was listed.

Ask her what her rate is for one hour. Don't ask her for specific details of what she offers.

As far as the room goes, if she is advertising "out call" that means that you are responsible for securing and paying for a location.
