I would agree with everything except the additional services in the massage arena. I have seen many providers for massage services (most of them being before my knowledge of TER therefore there is no review) and I have never been able to get a BJ. The only ones that I have found offer a BJ is escort type providers.
As always YMMV, but don't go to a provider that only offers massage expecting to get a BJ. In my experience, that is not as common as some might say, or write.
