No one knows.

I have had some go up in just over 24 hrs, and some that took 3-4 days.  It just might be the review gods didn't have a lot to approve at various times, and lots at other times, who knows?

The only thing I know for sure, is that mods have nothing to do with reviews.

I have noticed some reviews show up from meetings that happened as far as 3 weeks ago and then I see Reviews from Providers who might have just got to Chicago within 24 hours?????

Seems as if the Admin here is pushing some reviews up for visitors????

TER accepts reviews for sessions that go back as far as 90 days. I often wait over a month to submit a review in order to dampen any harsh reaction to my candid opinions.

On the other hand, some might try to get their reviews of visiting providers submitted as quickly as possible for the benefit of other members in their town.

The actual processing time on TER's end should not be confused with how long a reviewer waits to write the review.

Last fall I saw a new provider in Boston who only visited the city once for one week.  Two months later another review showed up for her.  At first I was excited as I thought it meant she was back in town but when I read the review the guy mentioned that he had seen the lady two months earlier.  The same week I saw her.

You know, we wouldn't have this problem if they would just let us video the session and post them here! ;-)
