I have a provider friend who has lost their username for TER. Playing around, the LOST PASSWORD requires both the originating email address AND the username... Can't get past it. Trying to register with the same email address returns "This email address has already been used. If you don't remember yours {click here}" Thought that would work, but that just brings you back to the forgotten password form requiring both the username and email address. Can't click the CONTACT US link at the bottom of the first page without being logged in.
