Not exactly a noob anymore, but I guess this is a noob-ish question. I saw a provider recently and would like to review her. She already has 4 reviews on TER, but the most recent one is from like 3 years ago. And on her profile page under both "Ad Website" and "Personal Website" it reads "Report New Website URL".
I know that one of the rules for reviewing a provider is that she must have an ad with her name and contact information somewhere on the web. However, I'm wondering if that only applies to providers who are being reviewed on TER for the first time. This particular girl I saw does NOT have an ad anywhere on the web. She has a profile page on a few competing review sites which I shall not name here, but no personal website and no ads on sites like cityvibe or eros.
So, can I review her without plugging in a "new website url"?

As I said in my OP, she does not have a personal website nor does she have an ad online...EXCEPT for the ads she posts on ANOTHER review board (which I cannot name here). I belong to that other review board, and that is how I found her. (You'd love her keystonekid, she's got an ass similar to Jinnimixxx's!.) So while she does post ads on that review site, those ads are not usable when reviewing a girl here on TER.
