I only use e-mail for contacting clients and only use my phone number to confirm meetings. I prefer clients not to post my phone number since I don't answer unknown numbers.

I would personally be extremely upset if anyone posted my number publicly. I use email-only to screen you, and only then do you get my phone number. I do not want my phone blowing off the hook with unscreened men.
