If I have seem the same provider twice, can I write two different reviews about it and be eligible for VIP?

When you write another review for the same provider it will replace the first one. That's assuming it is approved. I read somewhere here that the second session has to be significantly different from the first and warrants a new review before it will be approved. That leaves you with only one review still.
