I suppose you could create a 2nd TER identity for women you want to hide that you have seen but I would imagine that would violate the terms of use.

that if the issue is that you do not want the name you are known by here on TER or with providers to be connected with the reviews you submit,

1 - do not give the provider your TER information

2 - make your board posts under an alias, and establish that as a "brand", unconnected to your TER username

Cheers

Creating a second profile will get you banned from TER.

I hate to write a bad review on a lady.  It hurts her and me.  Plus it means I paid for a lousy time.  We have to be honest in our reviews and at the same time try and not be hurtful in how we say things.  Sometimes I will give more feedback to the provider then I put in the review to let her know what I like.

This is because, the lady whom he is reviewing (I am assuming a less than flattering review), will know who he is, by the detailed review and he does not want her to gather his real TER ID.

The TER admins on the other hand, will know who he is and can thus verify if it is a fake review, before publishing, maybe with even the total reviews he has done, listed beside the "incognito" review.  That is all that matters to the public who reads his reviews, right ?

Doing board posts under an alias has nothing to do with it.

because if you begin to think that your review history will be a factor in their choosing to see you or not, you will have a tendency to soft pedal the reviews. And it might - many ladies shy away from guys who have given low marks - this places a strain on the credibility of the review system.

If you want your posting life and your reviewing life to be separate, the proper way is to write your reviews under your regular ID, and post using an alias.

Then, don't give out your ID to providers during screening.  Creating a 2nd TER ID is a really BAD idea.

It is virtually impossible for TER staff to tell if a review is fake or not.  They can only verify that it meets the criteria for posting.  If it does it will go up and stay up unless the lady that it was written about contacts staff to report it as fake.

A reviewer can pretty much say anything he wants in the body of the review and it may never be questioned.  It is for this reason, among others, that aliases should never be allowed when posting a review.  The ONLY credibility a TER member has on this board is the reputation that is associated with his handle.

As others have said, if you don't want to worry about what providers think of your reviews then simply don't use your TER handle.  I've yet to meet a lady that required this for screening. Now, you should understand that women are not stupid. If you write a review of a lady a day or two after you saw her and highlight certain activities or points of conversation that took place she is probably going to figure out it was you even if you didn't give her your handle.

The point? Who cares!?  If you are worried about who will see you and who won't based on your reviews then why are you even bothering to write them in the first place?  If a lady won't see you because you wrote a crapy review about another lady then the chances are she has something to hide as well.
