To get to the Regional Boards, look to the right of "TER General Boards", and you will see "Regional Boards". When you select it, you will see numerous cities listed. If you are in or near one of those, post there. Otherwise, there is an "Other Cities" board for everywhere else"

When you make your next post, look at the boxes below the "message" box. You will see a box title "picture URL". Put the LINK there.
In the "link URL" box, you can put a link to your website.
