Welcome to TER.  I'm the host of the newbie board, and suggest you read the self help center mentioned by the previous poster.  You have a lot to learn.  Things might be a bit different in Ireland than in the US, but the info in the self help center will help you a lot.  Feel free to ask questions on this board, as myself and my highly unpaid assistants will be be very happy to try to help you out.
