I'm not a doctor but I would think that the risk is almost non existent. The shin is the body's natural defense against dieses. Unless you have an open sore you probably won't have to worry IMO.
But if you are offered a shower where the towels are clean and soap bottled or packaged, take it. The shower helps if for nothing more than the scent of a woman will not be fresh on your skin for acquaintances or an SO to notice. Try carrying a small bottle of strong mouth wash with you on hobby visits, use it as soon as possible after DATY.
Buddy- when you touch anyone skin to skin there is always a risk. Sounds like you won't be able to sleep well until you get tested. So go get tested- keep and eye on your body for any new rashes or redness.
My best guess- sounds like you were pretty safe. Are you this freaked out when you are with a civi? Read and think about the risks and assess if you are willing to put yourself through this again before you do it. If you can’t handle it- there is always your hand…………..
