I am new to this hobby, I would appreciate if someone can explain the verification process.
I know that most providers would ask for references proir to meeting to verify, but recently I contacted a provider on cityvibe and she want me to verify by going to a secured website and provide credit card information which will be charged for a small amount.
She said this will help to avoid LE since the police is not allowed to use this method to bust. IS this true? should I have anything to worried about..

Unless she is asking you to go to a well established verification service like datecheck, p411 or RS2K this is not a good idea. Very not good.

If she is directing you to some unknown verification site (like one she or her buddies run) then you run the risk of exposing your CC info and who knows what might be charged?

Her argument about LE is BS.

don't want to go there; this is a scam for identity theft.  I do have some waterfront property for sale if you are interested.  LOL
