I'm not a full newbie, but have only been around a few months. I would love to verify hobbyists through Date-check, but don't know how to do so without a membership. I applied for a membership of course, but I was denied since I only have an online presence and reviews dating back to June! I thought i had sufficient reviews for their requirements, but I guess they have to extend back at least six months. In any event, can anyone PM me or email me if/how I can use a Date-Check member's information to verify them if I'm not a member? I emailed this question to the Date-Check staff twice so far with no reply. Thanks so much for your help. Bella May
P411? June is not that far back to use the reviews. I am on DC too but have never used it .... However I use P411 several times a week .... IMO it's much easier to use and I get many more requests from it than DC plus all the clients I've seen who are on DC have also been on P411.
Yeah, I'm on p411, but I have a few potential clients that only have DateCheck validation info. It's all right though, I guess I can just wait a couple more months to reapply to Date-Check. I would like to be a member, as it seems very easy to use to verify.
Look for a client who is a check-date member and ask him to verify you. Worked for me as a hobbyist, unless they changed requirements, I don't see why it won't for providers. I let that membership lapse now. These days I just ask a lady I have seen if she would vouch for me and refer to my TER membership. Somehow, I get approved even when 3 references are asked for and I never give 3
As a DC member I have also seen many providers verified by other providers, so if you have made any friends among other providers so far, they may be able to help as well. Good luck.
I'm pretty sure guys do right? Do they expect the providers to pay as well?
