You can post ads on your regional ad board (or the ad boards for cities you plan to visit). You can also post photos on the photo only board, and join in discussions on the general boards and regional boards. TER has specific rules about posting ads and posting photos, and also rules about when providers can link their website to their posts. You can find the rules in the self help guide or come back here to ask specific questions and someone will answer.
