Hey I am a complete NEWB to all of this (although i wish i wasnt). I just don't know that providers will take me seriously. I am 24 and still a virgin. Will providers think im some kind of joke? Honestly im a bit hesitant to pick up the phone and call a provider because im pretty sure i know what the response will be. Plus im asian. What should i do? Are there any providers in atlanta that are super duper newbie friendly?

As long as you have the money and have good personal hygiene, 90% of the providers wouldn't care about your age or your are a virgin or you are Asian. That's your problem (in your mind). It's not their problem. You may have problems with their screening (you have no reference) because any good provider would be concerned for their own personal safety. Read more posts on this board should help you avoid many of the pitfalls with this hobby.

ATF clients, but I won't say why lol. I won't see a newbie without real name and employment info. but your race and age are of no concern to me. The virgin thing may scare a few off as with me, but others don't care who you are, what you do, and what you look like as long as you have money. All in all, you will be fine.

I would say join a site like preferred411 or datecheck for starters.  Participate in discussions on the discussion sections and keep asking for advice.  Good luck.
