Hi we are a newbie couple looking for an fem to help us explore our FFM experience. We have  emailed about 6 providers and no reply.  

Question is this common? Why? any tips on how to make it happen

Are you suggesting any specific sexual acts for money in your correspondence?...

That is a common reason for not hearing back.

 
You should also check the providers' profiles and/or websites to see if 3-somes are something they do.

One way you might try

Would be that HE sets up a one-on-one appointment. Then when he meets the provider, he has the conversation about the MFF.

Nothing has to happen on thy first encounter, aside from the conversation.
